Patient Feedback

There are many options for our patients to give us feedback – website, in person, telephone, by post, or via the NHS Reviews website. Another option is the NHS Friends & Family Test. Patients are sent a text following their appointment asking them ‘Overall, how was your experience of our service?’ The NHS Friends and Family cards are displayed in the waiting areas and on our website.

We are delighted that in June 2023, 88.7% of our patients who answered the question said that their experience with us was either ‘Very good’ or ‘Good’. All feedback is welcome, negative or positive, as this allows us the opportunity to celebrate positive feedback and share with our loyal and hard-working team but consider areas for improvements from suggestions from those less satisfied with the services we provide.
