Electronic Prescription Service is now available
The Electronic Prescription Service is an NHS service. It enables you to change how your GP sends your prescription to the place you choose to dispense your medicines or appliances from.

Electronic Prescription Service
We are pleased to announce that from the 12th April we have a new GP joining the team at Linden. Dr Emily Jackson is an experienced GP having previously worked both as a partner and in sessional roles. Dr Jackson will be working 4 sessions over 3 days.
The practice will be closed for Staff Training from 12:30pm on Wednesday 11th May 2016. If you require medical attention you should contact the NHS 111 Service by dialing 111.

Patient Online Services
Appointments can be booked, repeat prescriptions ordered by registered patients via this website. Please go to the Appointments or Prescriptions pages and follow the instructions there.
Registered patients can now request access to their detailed coded health record, if already registered for online services please request access via the online portal or ask at reception.
Click on the image aside to login to Patient online services to view a summary of your health records, appointment booking and to request repeat prescriptions.
(Registered patients only - username and password required)
As Dr Waters joined as a Partner recently, some patients will now have been allocated Dr Waters as their Registered GP.
This will not affect your ability to see your chosen GP.
If you have any questions regarding this please ask at reception.
Unwell or Injured?
If you require medical assistance outside surgery opening times please dial 111 to be put through to the NHS 111 Service.
There is a range of local NHS services available for you to choose from, you don't always need to see a GP or go to A&E.
